The translation agency Kvalitekst AS specializes in translation from English, Swedish, Danish and German into Norwegian, but can also deliver other language combinations through its network of freelancers. The agency was founded in 1997 by three translators with an aim to concentrate on the quality of the final text. We believe that a high quality translation can only be achieved through a dialogue with the client to determine the target audience and purpose of the text as well as to sort out jargon-specific terminology which may not be listed in dictionaries or reference works. Our translators translate into their mother tongues, and all texts are proofread internally before delivery. Punctual delivery is a given in our business, although we may choose to turn down a job offer if we feel that the deadline is too short and the quality will suffer.
